The Pomeranian is a little dog with a big heart. The smallest of the spitz breeds, the Pom averages 3-7 lbs. and is an obedient, loyal, affectionate companion. It’s cleverness, natural gift for entertaining, and adeptness at learning tricks have made it a favorite circus perfomer. However, it is also a very good watch dog and will bravely tackle an “enemy” much larger than itself. It adapts well to farm or apartment living, though it’s high energy and thick high-shedding coat should be taken into consideration when considering an indoor pet.
Parti pomeranians are simply pomeranians with a combination of white and any other color in their coat. The white is idealy at least 50% of the total color.
